Setting boundaries is how you define what is and isn’t ok in your world and your relationships. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed and resentful towards the people around you, it’s probably due to a lack of boundaries. So we talk about how to figure out what your boundaries are, how to clearly set them, and how to effectively hold to them. It’s a process that takes time, patience and practice but one that is also immensely rewarding and will allow you to truly thrive in every aspect of your life.
Tristi: This week I’m obsessed with having more “unplugged” time. I’ve started putting my phone in my room to charge when I’m home so that I just don’t have the temptation to pick it up and waste time scrolling.
Cassidy: I have a new coffee mug that I’m obsessed with! I don’t think I’ve mentioned before but I collect mugs and even have them displayed in my office. I got this new one a TJ Maxx for $3 and I love it.
