Cassidy: Paddleboarding – one of my favorite summer activities! Paddling boarding on our local lake is the perfect relaxing, zen activity.
Tristi: Dr. Teals Relax & Relief – this stuff is fabulous! Use it in the bath when you’ve got seriously sore muscles. Even my kids ask for a “relax bath.”
