In this episode of the Sweatpants Chronicles we’re talking about the tools we use to help us manage everything that’s going on in our lives! Mindfulness is one of the main tools we use to manage our shame, our self-image, our inner bitch and more. Meditation is a form of mindfulness, and Tristi’s favorite way to decompress and get out of her own head. If you are looking to start meditating, guided meditation is a great option! We especially like the Headspace app for guided meditations. Tristi’s 10-year-old daughter even uses the app for her own meditation practice.
Cassidy: We’re moving into the change of seasons so I’m obsessed with everything fall right now! Love it!
Tristi: Whether I like it or not, my obsession this week has been work. I have been working a LOT!
